Our Story:

For as long as I can remember, I have always known my career would be in the fashion industry, and from a young age I tailored my education towards this. With a diploma in Art & Design as well as a degree in Fashion & Clothing, I set about starting my fashion career in the Brown Thomas Buying Office, Dublin back in 2006.

Having worked in various fashion buying roles since Brown Thomas, I developed a passion (or maybe obsession ;-) ) for shoes, and gained a wealth of knowledge in recognising quality products that not only look great, but products that also felt great to wear. Having spent 4 years working for a comfort footwear brand, I feel that comfort plays a massive role in the decision making behind every style we select.

We finally launched Fennec & Darwin Ltd in 2019 with a simple goal in mind. To make our customers feel fabulous by offering footwear that was unique and different to standard high-street options. We wanted to sell footwear that allowed our customers for show off their own, personal style. We want our products to make you feel great when you wear them and we want our service to be second to none.
